Creative Supply’s founder, Youri Sawerschel, is invited at Panthéon-Sorbonne University to bring his creative eye on the fast-changing hospitality industry.
On October 17th, will take place for the first time, “Hospitality, Evolution or Revolution?”, an event organized in collaboration with Food Hotel Tech at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Youri Sawerschel, as part of the event’s scientific committee, will participate in a round table discussion about startups in the hospitality industry. The panel discussion will explore the core motives of startups and how the tourism industry reacts to those new entrants in the market. Youri Sawerschel says that “the event presents a fantastic opportunity to bring together the best of the academic and the hospitality industry worlds”.
An extended list of interesting participants is expected at the event. Notably Laurent Picheral – Deputy CEO Europe & CEO Central Europe at AccorHotels, or Melinda Limoges – Senior Manager, Key Accounts at TripAdvisor.
