Too often, hotel concepts are reduced to interior design. Yet, a concept goes far beyond space planning and considers aspects such as service design, social activities, distribution channels and visual identity. This is why we developed the Hotel Concept Framework TM. A unique framework that integrates all key components of a hotel concept. Our approach is taught at ESSEC Business School and at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne.
