Who we are

We are Creative Supply, a Zurich based agency specialising in the fields of brand strategy, brand design and brand engagement. Our workforce is made out of a global network of creatives. We have worked on branding projects in 10+ countries across a variety of sectors, as diverse as education, hospitality, finance and consumer goods.

What we are looking for

  • A graduate in a business or marketing field
  • 3+ years of working experience in consulting and/or creative agency (focus on brand strategy, strategic planning or brand management)
  • Creativity and discipline
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in leading workshop and/or teaching people
  • Beneficial: Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel/restaurant)
  • Based in either Zurich, Lausanne or Paris, possibility to work remotely

What you’ll do

Work on projects for leading companies in Switzerland and Europe:

  • Conduct research (primary and secondary) and analysis to support the development of strong brands
  • Develop various components of a brand strategy (e.g., brand platform, brand positioning, naming, brand engagement etc.)
  • Collaborate with and coordinate consultants and designers across Creative Supply team to ensure alignment of design and messaging
  • Assist with pitches, proposals, and client presentations
  • Build client relationships and manage day-to-day client contact
  • Facilitate workshops (asking the right questions, identifying problems, and offering key insights)
