The job in a nutshell
The Project Coordinator acts as the interface between the Creative Supply team and their clients. He/She is responsible for the daily project management of strategy and creative mandates (scheduling, minutes taking, workshop moderation, troubleshooting, etc.), builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, and strives to find solutions that best fit their needs.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications, or related field.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), French is a plus
- Street-smartness and common sense
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Strong self-discipline
- Ability to multitask and manage complex and conflicting priorities
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- A real interest in branding, advertising and marketing
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Basic knowledge of Mailchimp, Google Analytics and WordPress
What you’ll do
- Manage client relationships and projects
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Maintain updated knowledge of company services and industry trends
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Take care of Creative Supply social media accounts
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Coordinate with Marketing Assistants and web development company
A typical week would look like this:
- 40% Manage ongoing projects and client relationships
- 25% Plan, coordinate and work on marketing-related tasks
- 10% Support sales calls and business development meetings
- 10% Work on client presentations (content and layout)
- 10% Conduct market research and generate insights for branding projects
- 5% Support ad-hoc administrative activities
