Creative Supply is the branding partner for globally-minded organisations. Founded in 2015 in Zurich, Creative Supply works in consulting, education and publishing. We partner with clients across industries and locations, assigning to each one a dedicated team of independent creatives led by experienced consultants. We have built close ties with academia, and teach at leading universities such as the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), ESSEC in Paris, the Geneva School of Business (HEG) and Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Building on our consulting and teaching experience, we publish original content to give business owners and executives an edge in growing their brands.
The job in a nutshell
The Junior Account Manager/Marketing Coordinator acts as the interface between the Creative Supply team and their clients. He/She is responsible for the daily project management of strategy and creative mandates (scheduling, minutes taking, workshop moderation, troubleshooting, etc.), builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients, and strives to find solutions that best fit their needs. The Junior Account Manager/Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for Creative Supply’s marketing activities (including events, website, newsletter, etc) and aids the Business Development team by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications, or related field.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), French is a plus
- Street-smartness and common sense
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Strong self-discipline
- Ability to multitask and manage complex and conflicting priorities
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- A real interest in branding, advertising and marketing
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Basic knowledge of Mailchimp, Google Analytics and WordPress
What you’ll do
- Manage client relationships and projects
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Maintain updated knowledge of company services and industry trends
- Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Take care of Creative Supply social media accounts
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Update and publish new articles on Creative Supply’s website
- Coordinate with Marketing Assistants and web development company
- Organise (online & offline) events
A typical week would look like this:
40% Manage ongoing projects and client relationships
25% Plan, coordinate and work on marketing-related tasks
10% Support sales calls and business development meetings
10% Work on client presentations (content and layout)
10% Conduct market research and generate insights for branding projects
5% Support ad-hoc administrative activities
