During the fall semester 2018 Students of the MBA in Hospitality Management (IMHI) will have the opportunity to attend a new course created by Youri Sawerschel. The course program focuses entirely on the creation of successful hotel concepts. Leveraging his international experience in hotel concept development, Youri Sawerschel will share with students both the theory and the practice of bringing new hotel brands to life. Students will also discover the four essential components of every successful hotel concept while using Creative Supply’s Hotel Concept Framework ™
With the help of Creative Supply’s own Brand Story Canvas™ Students will also learn why storytelling is a crucial part of the development stage and will have the opportunity to create their own brand story for a specific hotel project.
