We partnered with R.evo, a new hospitality concept developed by Austrian hotel group Vienna House, to streamline their brand strategy and create a framework for future development.
More than a room and a breakfast
The idea for R.evo was originally developed in 2019, as a long-overdue evolution in the business hotel segment. Long dominated by soulless hotel chains content to replicate their model across thousands of properties, the industry was gradually losing touch with a new generation of professionals bearing different approaches to working, networking and interacting with the city they were staying in. Vienna House initially contacted Creative Supply to help refine the brand concept so it would appeal to this new generation of business travellers. Following a successful reception, both parties decided to work on designing a customer journey and brand markers that could be rolled out at each new R.evo property.
Challenging the status quo
In order to appeal to younger, more demanding travelling professionals, R.evo properties are designed around the idea of “fluid living”. Public areas include coworking, meeting and event spaces, while rooms and apartments offer different services based on the length and type of stay (weekend trip versus months-long posting, for example). F&B options as well as retail and transport options were also tweaked to offer maximum flexibility and increase the connexion with the surrounding neighbourhood. In order to highlight this transition from “hotel stays” to “ home of the future”, Creative Supply positioned R.evo as the “Tomorrow House” which revolves around convenience, connectivity and community integration.
“We have created a completely new brand within our company and had Youri and his team assisting us excellently. With their expertise we managed to create a branding strategy that is not only working in line with our corporate DNA, but also differentiates enough from the other products and is now opening new business opportunities throughout the customer journey.”

“I can’t highlight enough how much it has helped us to have someone outside of our company-bubble asking questions that were majorly important to answer. I am proud of the work we accomplished together!”

Designing branded moments
The new generation of hotels usually tries to adapt to their surroundings, whether it’s through architecture, design or service offering. This, however, creates a headache for hoteliers for whom replication is one of the main sources of synergies and cost reduction across properties. In order to offer replicable brand experiences for all future R.evo properties without sacrificing their individuality, Creative Supply innovated by creating branded moments. Starting with common activities (checking in, waking up, organising a meeting), they worked with the R.evo team to design brand-specific services or gestures that would enhance the customer experience and be easy to replicate from one property to another.
Tomorrow is coming
With several properties under construction, R.evo is set to bring some much-needed fresh air to the world of business travel across Europe.
